Probably a kernel modesetting issue of some sort.
Please run `apport-collect 752255`
Also, please boot with kernel parameter debug.drm=0xe, reproduce the
problem of the missing monitor, and then after it comes back collect the
output of `dmesg` and attach to this bug report.
