Hi Sveinn,
As libreoffice translations are not shipped in language packs but on
separate packages, I believe that what is required here is simply to
create the following packages containing the upstream translations:
libreoffice-l10n-is
libreoffice-l10n-help-is
And then tell language-selector to install them automatically when
Icelandic is selected
