There is always the option to report it in the native language, and hope
that a translator will help. Although it will be much slower -- someone
will have to look at it, and translate to English --, it would still be
reported.

I myself have butchered away in French, Spanish, Portuguese, and
Italian. Not perfect translations, I am the first to point out, but the
gist was there.

Obviously, iteraction with the reporter will still be a problem (we in
English, the reporter under whatever is their native language).

Summary: although there is no guarantee reports in other (than English)
languages will be worked on, we should still accept them. If this is a
critical issue, the reporter should contact an IRC channel, hopefully
local.
