I've dropped the releaseNoteURL override entirely rather than use
translated release notes.
Release notes are not available in the Help menu anymore in Firefox 4,
but they are available from about: instead. Having the Ubuntu release
notes available from there would just be really weird, as the UI makes
it fairly obvious that the release notes are for Firefox
