That other bug (736501) was because when the application was open you could not close it using the Quit button, this bug is fixed.
This bug (750074) if the fact that the Quit option shows in the wrong location of the menu and even when the application is not open. 73650 should be closed as it was resolved but 750074 is still an issue.
