Thanks Raphaël. I'd also like to add that I don't have ltsp-client
installed anymore, yet the diversion is still there:

# dpkg -S /sbin/start-stop-daemon
diversion by ltsp-client from: /sbin/start-stop-daemon
diversion by ltsp-client to: /sbin/start-stop-daemon.real
dpkg: /sbin/start-stop-daemon
[0] spitzer[chroot]:/# dpkg --purge ltsp-client
dpkg: warning: ignoring request to remove ltsp-client which isn't installed.

Isn't removal of ltsp-client supposed to get rid of this?
