Note that this FFE should have been filed _before_ adding the dependency
to python-psutil. But I realize that adding the dependency was really a
bug fix itself as well, the code didn't change. So FFE ack for this, as
the package looks harmless enough and promoting it to main is the least
intrusive fix at this point.
