ubuntu-docs merge proposal superseded, so it was deleted.
The Natty docs will be based on gnome-user-docs, which includes a short
page about changing language. A link to the Language Support Help has
been committed to lp:~ubuntu-core-doc/gnome-user-docs/natty-unity.
