Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

When I click on the indicator applet for sound controls, nothing
happens. The same is true for the network indicator and the weather
indicator. Sometimes the chat/mail indicator does not respond either.
However, the clock, me-menu and shut-down parts of the panel still
respond to mouse clicks, and if I click on (for example) the clock, and
then move my mouse to the left, I get the drop-down menus for the other
indicators that I can't access by clicking directly on them.

I have two modifications to the default settings: I've set the whitelist
for the notification area to 'all', and I've changed the settings for
the sound menu so that Rhythmbox appears instead of Banshee.
