Okay, I tried it now with both Live/Install-CDs (Feisty Beta Ubuntu and 
Kubuntu).
Opening UnoConnectionListener.sxd did NOT cause problems with Ubuntu. Also I 
could install and use bibus without any problems after adding it to the 
sources.list.

Same approach with Kubuntu -> OpenOffice-Draw crashes during the attempt to 
load the file.
Please note that on my installed Kubuntu I had installed all updates already, 
so it isn't fixed there yet.
The problem cannot be prevented by not enabling macros nor by using a .odg 
version of the file (which I created on my stable box using OOo 2.2).

So it seems like a KDE-OOo interaction related problem.
