Natty is at beta2 stage, i'm using from month without big problems.
You can download the image from
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/
and remember to verify the integrity of the downloaded image:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM#MD5SUM%20on%20Windows
or better use unetbootin for windows
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
