This bug is reproducible

** Description changed:

  Just had this almost crash...
  
  The system freezes / oopses / looses ata link after resume from suspend
  with natty daily live.
  
  The first time it happened I was in Xorg terminal vt7 - nuveau driver
  loaded. After no response for ~20 seconds I rebooted with alt-sysrq-b.
  
  The second time I tried from console vt1 and - maybe - waited a bit
  longer until a kernel message appeared on the console. I realized it
  must be a kernel oops, changed to vt7 where apport was waiting...
