Hi abdullah and thanks for your bug report. It fails on
pa_assert(PA_REFCNT_VALUE(c) >= 1), trying to access a context that does no
longer exist.
Are you trying to do anything particular when this happens? E g changing the
volume somehow (by pressing hotkeys)? Can you reproduce it?
