Public bug reported:
I can install UEFI Maverick with 2G ram successfully. Today, I used the same
hardware to installation UEFI Natty beta1 and I failed.
After grub menu, system hang and the screen is purple.
Here is my steps.
1. I use Natty Beta1(server version) CD to install UEFI Natty OS.
2. After installation, system reboot.
3. I select 'Ubuntu, with Linux 2.6.38-7-server' and press enter.
4. System hang and the screen only displays the background color (purple).
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 11.04 Beta1
Architecture: amd64
CPU: SandyBridge Xeon E31270
PCH: CougarPoint C200 series
Could any one try this again to confirm this bug?
