  Steps to reproduce:
  - Use the font 'Courier 10 Pitch' in LibreOffice (Writer).
  - Export to PDF.
  - On opening the resulting PDF, Adobe Reader will show the error:
    'Cannot extract the embedded font 'Courier10PitchBT-Roman'.
    Some charaters may not display or print correctly.'
  
- Okular and xpdf display the file correctly.
