This bug had 2 parts. Only one part was a dupe of bug #747872, which is
now resolved. Guake still appears behind the Unity launcher! I guess
this is another bug in Unity, since it is not detecting the new window
that is now in the way. Seems to me this bug should just be re-opened,
but I can create a new one if need be.
