Ok, looking /pool on the CD, there's dhcp3-server and isc-dhcp-server but we are missing isc-dhcp-common.
That was very likely caused by Lamont's upload of isc-dhcp yesterday and the archive being inconsistent at the time of the Edubuntu build. isc-dhcp-common is built from the i386 source and wasn't in the archive at the time of the DVD build. Doing a manual install in a shell shows: - isc-dhcp-server : Depends: isc-dhcp-common (= 4.1.1-P1-15ubuntu8) but 4.1.1-P1-15ubuntu7 is to be installed confirming the hypothesis. Doing an "apt-get update" and trying the same "apt-get install isc-dhcp- server" shows that the issue is solved with the current archive. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/759080 Title: DHCP Server is not installed with Edubuntu LTSP Installer -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
