It appears that the Hyper-V (hv) driver modules are actually getting built, since config-2.6.35-28-virtual contains
CONFIG_HYPERV=m CONFIG_HYPERV_STORAGE=m CONFIG_HYPERV_BLOCK=m CONFIG_HYPERV_NET=m CONFIG_HYPERV_UTILS=m but the linux-image-2.6.35-28-virtual package has only empty directories under /lib/modules/2.6.35-28-virtual/kernel/drivers/staging. Any chance of getting the hv drivers included in the -virtual kernel package? We would like to be able to deploy VMs based on UEC images on a variety of hypervisors including Hyper-V. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/560821 Title: No hyper-v modules on linux-generic-pae/virtual -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
