Sorry, typo. The file to delete should have been:
$ rm .evolution/mail/pop/<email address
withheld>@xxx.xxx.com:110/folders.db
And again, you will need to replace the <email address withheld> part
and the xxx.xxx.com part as appropriate for your configuration. Also,
the port number part (":110" above) may or may not be there in your
particular configuration.
