Hi Seb,
This issue was present in beta1 as well (see bug #707538 for past reference),
it depends on how long will the sso service take to respond providing the
Ubunutu One credentials.
I've also notice that dbus is slower since beta1, which is generating having a
longer wait when contacting any service.
The screen that you refer to is the splash screen, which is shown until
we have the U1 credentials.
