Hmm. I know vaguely why this happens - it's because unity struggles to
associate an icon with the binary "mscore.real", although the menu item
has an icon, as the menu icon refers both to the wrapper script
"musescore" and to the correct icon file - but I don't really know what
to do about it. Indeed, I suspect this would happen for any application
that uses a wrapper script, or that forks and runs under a different
executable name. I wouldn't say it was either a bug in Musescore or in
Unity, but rather in the interaction of the two, which is what makes it
tricky.

I'll look into this hopefully within a week.
