Binary package hint: unity
Unity (or compiz, or something) seems to have a persistent problem where
popup menus float above all other windows on the screen. They ought to
be z-ordered along with their owning window.
For instance I can easily reproduce this by starting hamster-applet,
getting its suggestion popup to come up, then switching to another
window and dragging that window on top. See the screenshot.
