It must be possible to install LSB-based packages. To make them
distribution-independent, they do not have lots of dependencies (like on
libc) but depend only on the meta package "lsb" which in turn is
dependent on everything what the LSB requires. These packages should be
installable with Software Center, also architecture-independent packages
without any dependency should be installable with Software Center.

Reopening. This needs to get fixed in Natty.
