I can confirm this! Instead of the LibreOffice menu bar integrated in the title bar, in the title bar appears 'LibreOffcie Small Device Format Importer' instead of 'LibreOffice-Textverarbeitung' (writer) when launching LibreOffice Writer.
By the way 'LibreOffcie Small Device Format Importer' appears in the launcher, too (wrong title and without an icon). Please see attached screenshot. I'm from the Ubuntu German Translation Team and I can confirm the translations are ok in Launchpad.
