Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Package: gnome-system-tools
Version: 2.32.0-0ubuntu7

1. Launch "Users and groups"
2. Click Add
3. A new window opens

This window contains following text:

Username must consist of:
➣ lower case letters from the English alphabet
  ➣ digits
  ➣ any of the characters ".", "-" and "_"

Current wording states user name must consist of those characters.
However, as not all of those characters are needed, re-wording the
sentence would be useful. I'd suggest "User name may be formed by using
the following characters:" or something similiar.

Also the user name can not have comma in it (at least not in gnome-
system-tools) but I'll report it as a separate bug.
