Ah Ok, I see the "available to all user" checkbox. It is greyed out. It is the only other disable option besides the apply button.
By the way it is grayed out AND not checked, which is kind of contraddictory. If I cannot edit the "available to all user" it should mean that the connection belongs to someone else (root? there are no other users apart of me), but if it belongs to someone else and is not available to all users, why is it available to me?
