You seem to have missed a space between "/usr/share/applications/gnome-
appearance-properties.desktop" and
"/usr/share/gdm/autostart/LoginWindow"
Your command should be
sudo cp /usr/share/applications/gnome-appearance-properties.desktop
/usr/share/gdm/autostart/LoginWindow
