Binary package hint: gfxboot-theme-ubuntu
The edubuntu i386 dvd 20070416 has a menu offering both of these:
* Install to the hard disk
* Install a server
The former is what you must use to install an edubuntu server.
The latter option has been renamed "install a command-line system" on
the CDs AIUI and should be renamed on the DVD too.
