@julian, I don't know who you are, but if you don't have any to contribute to this request, AND YOU DON'T, please just delete your comments. We're trying to get something added, not debate some other way of getting it done. We know there are other ways of doing it, but this bug report is to request SMB support, it's not for you to suggest some other way to get it done. Can we stay on topic and get any movement forward on this?
