Have you tried running the following command(s) from Console:
1. sudo apt-get remove libqt4-help
2. sudo apt-get install libqt4-help
3. sudo apt-get install linkchecker
** Tags added: dpkg
** Changed in: qt4-x11 (Ubuntu)
