Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: update-manager

Yes when the recent update took place about two days ago, which would be
Wednesday April 13 I noticed that the buttons Home Folder down to
Downloads do not work anymore that are listed under the Places tab in
the left top corner. when clicked they say they are opening at the
bottom and the arrow turns to the round loading symbol. Then after about
five to eight seconds it just stops, the page isn't loaded and nothing
happens, it is just like it terminates without any errors, doesn't throw
out an error or anything, it just dies. This happens to them all until
you get down to Computer, this will load within two seconds tops and
then you can go to the other places mentioned without a problem.
