Public bug reported:

I tried to get wifi working using different wifi usb sticks and kernels,
but it did not work. My mainboard is a Zotac Ion 9300 ITX wifi (MCP7A).
See attached logs for details. Only with a Z-Com XG-762N I could achieve
a little connection, but not really usable connection. With Ubuntu 10.10
the wifi worked well with either the onbard wifi or any wifi usb stick I
have.
