Public bug reported:

This kernel panic has occurred a number of times, usually when I am
watching a flash video (i.e. on YouTube). There have also been a number
of incidences where the entire WM is locked up (cannot move mouse,
cannot switch to console via ctrl-alt-F1) that occurs while watching
flash videos, but I am unsure if those freezes are also KP's. I am
including a photo of the kernel panic. I am new to reporting such bugs,
and some pointers to where I can find this kernel dump would be useful,
and I will include those logs if not included already.
