Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: unity

It is not possible (or very un-intuitive) to drag something into a
maximized window which is a part of a group.

How to reproduce:
1. Open two Firefox windows, maximize both, load Gmail in one and start
composing a letter.
2. Open Nautilus, maximize it, select a file, start dragging.
3. Drag the file over the Firefox icon in the launcher.
4. Drag the file over the Gmail window.
5. Drag the file into the attachment area.

Expected result:
After (3), both Firefox windows are present so file can be dragged over one of
them.
After (4), the Gmail window is activated so (5) will be possible.

Actual result:
After (3), dragging the file to Gmail window has no effect. Firefox windows
stay side-by-side and do not react to dropping the file into the attachment
area.
