Sorry if I wasn't clear in my description, I have attached two pictures, the first one looks identical to show mine looks the same as your latest one, the second is showing the issue, have a look at the picture can you tell what tab you are on?
To reproduce simply hover the mouse above the selected tab and it will appear unselected. The bug is that the unselected mouse over highlight is the same as the selected mouse over highlight. This was fixed a few versions ago (Wish I took a screen shot) with the tabs being two ambience shades rather than back to silver on hover, when did the tabs become silver again?
