Binary package hint: unity
Triggering this bug is simple :
1) Open Totem video player
2) Open the dash
3) Drag a subtitles file to Totem
Then, Unity/Compiz restart, we can see the windows undecorating, panel
and launcher disappearing, wallpaper flickering, and then everything
goes back to normal.
EDIT : this bug happens on dragging videos too.
