Binary package hint: overlay-scrollbar
I'm filing this bug for version 0.17.
The scrollbar should scroll up/down the screen if the user holds down the
scrollbar down as the traditional scrollbars used to do.
It is only possible to single click at the moment and would not continuously
scroll the screen.
