Yup, I caught some action in a screenshot now, and it was with Ubuntu
Classic (so not a unity bug, then)

Not really any gruesomely annoying bug, but I thought it might help you.

To replicate this, I had to open several windows and shade them, one
after the other, and lastly unshade the last shaded one.
