apt-setup is no longer supported on the installed system; not quite sure
whether that means this bug is fixed or rejected, but at any rate it's
no longer relevant. :-) Nowadays I'd expect you'd use one of the
available graphical tools to do this, although at some point we may
manage to resurrect apt-setup.
