Public bug reported:
As noted in
http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/ATI_Mobility_FireGL_V5200#Proprietary_ATI_driver_on_Ubuntu_Feisty,
when I choose suspend from the gnome-power-manager menu, it seems to be
doing something different from what happens when I click the "log out
button" applet.
Because making suspend work correctly is so hard, users should be
informed about the script entry point, and more importantly, *there
should be only one such entry point* no matter which interface is used!
Please choose the one implemented by the log out button, since that's
the one I can get to work reliably. :)
** Affects: Ubuntu
Importance: Undecided
Status: Unconfirmed
