Hi exactt, I didn't use the special UEFI version of Ubuntu. I download the iso file from http://releases.ubuntu.com/maverick/.
BTW, after I changed boot loader GRUB from version 1.98 to 1.99, Ubuntu works well with 4G ram. I have tried to using Natty Beta 2. (Download from http://releases.ubuntu.com/natty) This issue didn't appear. I thought the reason is Natty use GRUB 1.99. So if somebody can't use more than 4G ram on GPT file system, he can try to change the boot loader to the latest version first.
