I just noticed that this is happening to me. A few websites wouldn't let me click on buttons, or enter text into fields (I had to click on another field and then tab to the required one) - the last one this happened to was the web admin interface to one of our internal systems (Profense web application firewall), and the Oracle "forgot password" page at https://myprofile.oracle.com/EndUser/faces/profile/resetPassword.jspx also doesn't work - I can't click the "Reset" button.
It looks like it may be more than just Firefox though - I just downloaded Oracle's SQLdeveloper and that displays a similar issue - when setting up a new connection for example, I can't click on any of the "Test", "Save", "Cancel" etc. buttons at the bottom. But if I use the keyboard to tab and highlight these buttons, then pressing enter works. Running Natty beta, using Unity and open source ATI drivers. No LSB modules are available.
