I tried that myself as well. I installed without network with German,
then booted, and got the update-notifier message about missing language
support. I'm downgrading this to non-RC as neither Evan nor I can
reproduce it, and thus it doesn't seem to affect everyone.
I just wonder what mechanics actually is responsible for installing
/var/lib/update-notifier/user.d/incomplete-language-support-gnome.note.
language-support-gnome package ships the template in /usr/share
/language-support/incomplete-language-support-gnome.note, but language-
selector itself does not have any code to actually install it. Is that
code in ubiquity itself?
