I hope I will make this bug report right. Its kinda hard to explain.

I noticed that when Im watching a movie in xine and than close it(maybe
there is similiar problem with other programs to) and if I have two
windows open for exapmle XMMS over Nautilus I can't focus nautilus with
click on the white zone in there I have to click on the top area of the
window (brown area) to focus nautilus.
It same if behind application is firefox or any other
