I am unable to reproduce this behaviour with the latest dpkg. Closing
the report.
If you still have the problem, it would be nice to give the output of this
command:
ls -alR /usr/share/zoneinfo/posix/Canada/East-Saskatchewan*
** Changed in: dpkg (Ubuntu)
Status: New => Fix Released
