Binary package hint: testdrive
Regarding main window.
Although it shows an arrow at right bottom corner to resize the action isn't
invoked. Same with Alt+MiddleMouseClick.
Reproducable with ambience and custom theme. (screenshots)
Preferences window is resizable.
Expected main window is too.
