I am still on 10.04 LTS Lucid servers and I have been seeing this reported behavior for a couple of days. Evidently it does not only affect upgrades to 10.10.
I see one comment about lucid-proposed, but at the top Lucid is not included in the affects list. Oh, #13 did not include the word Lucid... evidently the fix is forthcoming to Lucid. Excellent!
