Binary package hint: pidgin
If i double click on a buddy it opens in a new tab in the current chat
window. If i now detach this tab (right click on the tab header ->
detach this tab) it goes to a new window. In this window the overlay
scrollbars won't work. There is the orange bar at the edge and it moves
if i scroll with the mouse wheel but when i hover the orange bar, there
is not this object popping up with the two arrows on it.
