Hello Antony Ubuntu or any other free OS don't use the programs that you can actually use for windows and sometimes is true the opposite. If you want to clean your system simply use computer janitor already shipped. If you want more programs simply use Ubuntu Software Center and ask in the search box. Thanks Fabio
