Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: startupmanager

After upgrading to Natty, I have found that startupmanager does not
work.

When it is started, it offers a list of kernels and other operating
systems as normal, but they are the kernels from my prevous ubuntu
install from before I upgraded. If I chose one as the default for
startup it makes no difference to the boot process.

PS: Is there another way to specify the default OS to boot? I don't mind
editing config files & using the terminal.
